How the Free Revenue Audit handles your data

Your CSV stays on your device

When you upload an estimate export, the file is read and analysed by code running in your own browser. It is never sent to a Qurevive server, never written to storage, and never sent to any AI provider.

Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses and free-text notes are not needed by the audit. If your export contains those columns, we recognise them and leave them alone — they are never offered as a field the audit can use.

What we do receive

After the audit runs in your browser, we receive aggregate totals so we can understand how the product is used:

  • how many estimates were analysed, and how many rows could not be read
  • total quoted, won, lost and open value
  • how much open value is older than 7, 14 and 30 days
  • which insights your file made it possible to calculate

These are numbers only. No individual estimate, customer or address is included.

Optional column matching

If your column headers are unusual, you can ask us to help match them. That request contains the column names and a description of each column’s format — for example that it looks like currency, is 2% empty, and is mostly unique. It never contains a value from a cell.

You can also match every column by hand. The audit works identically either way.

If you request a Recovery Pilot

The pilot form asks for your name, company, work email, optional phone number, what you use to write estimates and roughly how many estimates you send. We use those details only to contact you about a pilot. Your estimate file is not part of that request.
